Recently, in the last month or two I've gotten the following Chinese fortunes:

Then I came across this message from the Dalai Lama on a card which I purchased, laminated and am taking with me in the Peace Corps:

Jill, I can't even begin to tell you how much you have changed over the years. You have been the best friend a person could ask for and the godmother to my children. Don't ever change. Be safe on your current adventure. we love you the Jenkins family. Gona miss you like hell so you had better write me.
